Radio City's training and programming policy is run by the Station Director and Programme Controller, Chris Hancock.

Our exciting training programme lasts approximately 9 weeks and you need no previous broadcasting or technical knowledge.
Each section of training is listed below and is handled by Chris Hancock, Mark Buckley and Hywel Benjamin.

1. Technical Operator: In this category members are trained to "drive" programmes for other presenters.

2. Presenters: Training here brings members to a standard where they present programmes with a Technical Operator

3. Broadcasters: The training for this encompasses both the above and on completion a member will be able to present and drive their own programme.
